Chapter IV
Prayers of Filipinos &Filipinas

From chapter 3..

our educational skills and frugality, our rent depend on vanity and frugality and our net revenue we accumulated as economic capital. LORD God, our poor souls and simple hearts thank you for this ‘land we had not tilled and cities we did not built.’ (Joshua 24:13)”
"I come to gather nations of every language; they shall come and see my glory."
Isaiah 66:18

7. “LORD, our God, your mercy brighten our eyes and give life in our servitude to you, LORD, God. Turn the good will of our poor souls and simple hearts to a new life to raise the level of equality, peace and prosperity for all of us Filipinos and Filipinas through our ‘skill, dexterity and judgment’ in our ‘productive and unproductive labor’ so that ‘the fund which supplies us with all the necessities and conveniences of life’ will be naturally proportioned and distributed. LORD God, extend your invisible hand for ‘liberal reward of labor’ in all our endeavor, that demand and competition, not monopolies and government restrictions, be the basis of wages, profit and rent, that division of labor, specialization, comparative advantage improve our productive power in all our enterprises everywhere. Our every individual passion is to better ourselves and improve our living conditions in perfect freedom and security.

But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we also await a saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. Philippians 3:20

8. O LORD God, our One and Only God, with humility in our heart, mind and speech, we pray and petition for solutions of the unsettling living conditions many endure, sleeping in temporary shelters of cardboard boxes, discarded wood and rusty corrugated aluminum sheets, for we believe in your promise LORD, God, in 2 Chronicles 7:14...
And if my people, upon whom my name has been pronounced, humble themselves and pray, and seek my presence and turn from their evil ways, I will hear them from heaven and pardon their sins and revive their land.

9. “LORD God, our One and Only God, the provisions and materials you planted in our midst that we tilled with our hands with our independent spirit are now proportionally degraded and depleted. LORD God, extend your invisible hand on Engrossers of our land to cultivate and improve all our land or sell and parcel our landed property to willing farmers to produce to it’s maximum capacity of rice, corn and camote. LORD God, we pray and petition for your invisible hand to apply our ‘skill, dexterity, and judgment’ in farming all our land so we can produce enough for all ‘productive and unproductive laborers’ to eat.
